Tasked with the implementation of Enterprise Value-Based Management interventions linked to Global Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Finance, the team is typically deployed as an elite strategic capability, tasked with engineering the path to Alpha and the facilitation of the GC Alpha playbook implementation. Mandated to achieve rapid business results in high pressured situations, the team comprises of highly elite and specialized individuals with exceptional skill and precision, working collaboratively with our GC Delta and GC X teams, to operate under extremely challenging conditions and tasked with carrying out high-risk and high-rewards projects. Leveraging leading-edge Customer Value Engineering and deep Global Market Analytics technology across structured and unstructured data sets spanning throughout the customer journey, the GC Alpha team sets out to determine the right customer objectives (acquisition, retention, client profitability, usage) and identify the best ways of reaching customers (marketing and channel strategy) in order to predicably measure and impact Share Price.
